Q1: Why do some lights not work when I receive it?
R1: Turn on the switch, remove the film in the solar panel to load under the sun at least 1 or 2 days.
Then check whether the light can work in the dark or not.
In warm climates it can work longer.
When you install them, make sure the switch is on, the solar panel is clean without film, in front of the sun and there is no block around it.
P2: Why did it stop working once it got wet?
R2: This solar lamp is IP65 waterproof for outdoor use.
But it cannot be charged in rainy days, only sunny days or clouded through the sun, no ordinary daylight.
So it stopped working on rainy days because there's no sun to recharge.
But it will work again in sunny days.
Q3: Should I install it through 3M or included screws?
R3: Although it is convenient to glue with 3M adhesive.
It'll be safer with screws.
