How to easily place NC Extreme knee support?

1. Fold it on the opposite side of the pattern;
2. Stand or sit, place the knee lift so that the label stays at the bottom. Still in this position (in reverse), pull up until the top of the shooter touches the bottom of the knee;
3. Deploy the shooter, from the bottom up;
4. Hold it until it is fully deployed;
5. Now just start your exercise!
